What's in the pack
- Flight reservation — route, dates and booking reference for every traveller.
- Hotel reservations — up to three cities, covering each night between your flights.
- Day-by-day itinerary — a simple table of where you'll be each day, matching the flight and hotel dates.
- Cover letter template — a structured template you fill in with your own details, then sign. We don't write statements on your behalf.
Who it's for
Applicants visiting more than one city or country, and anyone whose consulate checklist asks for a travel itinerary in addition to flight and accommodation evidence — common for Schengen applications. See our Schengen guide for what the European Commission lists.
Worked example: the itinerary
| Day | Date | City | Stay |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 10 May | Arrive Rome (flight) | Hotel, Rome |
| 2–5 | 11–14 May | Rome | Hotel, Rome |
| 6 | 15 May | Train to Paris | Hotel, Paris |
| 7–10 | 16–19 May | Paris | Hotel, Paris |
| 11 | 20 May | Depart Paris (flight) | — |
Every date in the table matches a flight or hotel document, so an officer reading your file sees one consistent plan.
What we don't do
We don't fill in official visa forms, give legal or immigration advice, or contact embassies for you. For advice about your specific situation, speak to a licensed immigration adviser or the consulate itself.
