How ordering works

From checking your visa checklist to receiving your PDFs — six steps, most of which take a minute.

    Check you need one

    Read the official checklist for your visa. Our visa guides summarise what the EU, UK and Canada say, with links to the source.

    Create an account or sign in

    Use Google or email and password. Your account keeps your plan, credits, orders and documents together.

  3. 3

    Choose a monthly plan

    Starter, Pro or Agency. Polar's checkout opens over the page with your account email already filled in, and your credits appear as soon as payment is confirmed.

    Enter your trip details

    Pick Flight, Flight + Hotel or Visa Pack, then your route, dates and each traveller's name exactly as on their passport. The form shows how many credits it uses before you submit.

    Receive your documents

    We prepare your PDFs and email them. You can also download them any time from your dashboard.
