What we collect
- Account data: your email address, name, and — if you use Google sign-in — the basic profile Google shares (name, email, profile photo URL). Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see them.
- Order data: traveller names, routes, dates, hotel cities and dates, the destination country and purpose you select, optional phone number and notes.
- Payment data: handled by Polar. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the email used — not your full card details.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account.
- To prepare and deliver the documents you ordered, and to contact you about the order.
- To process payments, refunds and meet accounting obligations.
We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting).
- Polar (checkout and payments).
- Airlines, hotels or booking systems, only the details needed to create your reservation.
Cookies and storage
We use only what's needed for the site to work: Firebase Authentication stores your sign-in session in your browser's storage, and while you fill in an order we keep an unsent draft and your latest order number in your browser's session storage. Session storage stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. Polar's checkout may set its own cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and order data that we're not required to keep.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@dummyticker.store and we'll respond within 30 days.
