1. What we provide
DummyTicker prepares travel reservation documents — flight reservations, hotel reservations and itineraries — for you to include in visa or travel applications. A reservation documents a planned itinerary. It is not a paid ticket, does not entitle you to travel, and must not be presented as a paid ticket.
2. No guarantee of visa outcome
Visa and entry decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities. We do not guarantee any visa, entry or boarding outcome, and we are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, visa centre, airline or government.
3. Not immigration or legal advice
Guides on this site are general information. We are not a law firm or a licensed immigration adviser and do not give advice about your individual situation. For that, consult a qualified professional or the issuing authority.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate details. Traveller names must match passports; we prepare documents from what you enter.
- Use documents honestly and lawfully. Don't alter them, misrepresent them, or use them to attempt travel.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
5. Accounts
You need an account to order. You can sign in with Google or with email and password. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse.
6. Subscriptions, credits and payment
All plans are paid monthly subscriptions; there is no free plan. Current plans are on the pricing page. Each plan grants a number of credits per billing month, and each reservation uses credits per traveller as shown before you submit it. Unused credits do not roll over: they reset to your plan's amount at each renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; when you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as our payment provider and merchant of record, and its terms also apply to the payment.
7. Delivery and changes
Delivery times on the site are targets, not guarantees. Each order includes one free change to dates (or hotel) requested before delivery. Reservation validity is set by the airline or hotel and varies.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for visa refusals, travel costs or consequential losses.
